Needle-punched Polyester is formed by converting webs of either continuous filament or staple fibre polyester into a non-woven fabric by needling through the web and locking the fibres together.

Needle-punched Polyester is available in various weights, up to 2500gsm, widths up to 2.5 mtrs (even wider in limited colours and weights), and in black, white and grey.
